How do I place an order on-line?
Browse through our products on the “SHOP” page. When you see an item you are interested in purchasing, simply click on the image or the name of the shirt. Choose from the sizes listed, type in the quantity, and click on the "Add to bag" button to add this item to your shopping cart. Click on the "View Bag" button at the top of the page at any time to review your entire order. Proceed through checkout as directed.

How long can I expect delivery to take?
Your order will be filled as promptly as possible (for most orders, please allow between 2-3 business days to process). We will notify you as soon as possible of any delays.
What are my shipping options?
Fat Tie, Inc. orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to a P.O. Box. If you need expedited shipping, please call us to make arrangements at (310) 712-5768.
How do I calculate shipping?
All shipping charges are calculated in the shopping cart according to weight.
How can I check the status of my order?
Once the order has been placed, we will send you a confirmation email. If you wish to check on the status of your order, you can call us at (310) 712-5768 from 9 AM - 5 PM PST, or email our orders department. We will respond within 24 hours.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
What tax rate are you charging?
If you live in or ship your order to California, we are required to charge you local tax on your purchase at the current tax rate of 9.75%. If Fat Tie, Inc. is not collecting your state's taxes, you are expected to comply with your state's current laws regarding online purchases.
How will I know that my order was accepted?

What is your return policy?
All Fat Tie, Inc. merchandise purchased online must be returned directly to www.shop-fat-tie.com. We are unable to accept returns for items bought in a retail store or on another website.
We are happy to honor any exchanges or returns as long as the following criteria are met:
- The item being exchanged or returned is in new condition and accompanied by the original invoice.
- The new item you wish to exchange for is of equal or lesser value than the item being returned.
- Your exchange or return request must be made within 7 days of receipt.
- Your email, contact information and/or fax number.
- The item number and description of the merchandise being returned or exchanged.
- The original order number (found at the top of your receipt).
Your Return Authorization Number and the address of where to return the item(s) will be issued via email (or by phone or fax if necessary). Please write this number on your invoice and the outside of the box. All items must be unused and returned in new condition. Once we have approved and received your return, we will process your exchange or refund within 7 business days.
